  • Internal record keeping including maintaining assessment forms, client notes, and supervision notes. 

  • Third-party professional referrals with your consent 

  • To provide you with relevant information about our service

We are committed to ensuring the security of your information. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have implemented suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

If you choose to have all your data removed, please be advised that our counselling relationship will have to be terminated.
