Face-to-face, online and telephone appointments are available. The hourly fee covers all administrative tasks, brief phone conversations and emails required to schedule appointments.

£75 per session (90 minutes)

Concessions
A limited number of concessional places are available for clients on low incomes and/or students.
Cancellation and refund policy
Our cancellation policy is 48 Hours. If sessions are cancelled with 48 hours’ notice the client will not incur a charge. Any fee paid in advance for the cancelled session will be allocated to a rescheduled appointment.
If cancellation is less than 48 hours, you will still need to pay for the appointment unless the room booking can be re-booked. You will need to discuss this with your counsellor.
In exceptional circumstances your counsellor may need to cancel your appointment however they will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and you will not be charged for the cancellation. An alternative appointment will be offered.
We appreciate that exceptional circumstances do happen and will try to be accommodating if a genuine emergency occurs, and consideration will be given to waiving or reducing the cancellation fee.
Missed sessions and late attendance
It is important that you aim to arrive on time for the sessions so that you benefit from the full 50 minutes. If you are late, unfortunately we are unable to extend the session because the room will be booked for the next client. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes, we will assume you are unable to make the appointment and will allocate the room to another counsellor.
Online or telephone appointments
Your counsellor will call you at the agreed appointed time when the session is to start. If you do not answer, we will try again a second time. However, if we are unable to make contact, we will leave a voicemail or text you a message asking that you call us within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. If you do not contact us within the first 15 minutes, we will assume the session has been cancelled without notice and you will be charged for the appointment. If technology fails, which rarely occurs, then we will offer another appointment using a different method of contact.
