About me
At times, we all need help to reach our full potential. Working together in a supportive and confidential space, without fear of judgement, empowers you to cope with life’s challenges, and achieve acceptance and meaningful and lasting changes.
I am an experienced counsellor, dedicated to clients’ well-being and growth and work with individuals who experience a range of issues such as bereavement, anxiety, loneliness, traumatic life events, low self-esteem, depression, addiction and relationship difficulties.
I offer face-to-face, walk-and-talk, telephone, or online sessions that can be open-ended or time limited. I offer an initial 30-minute session to provide you with the opportunity to decide if counselling might be helpful for you and I am available Monday to Saturday at a mutually agreed time.
I am a fully qualified Counsellor with a BA Hons in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and hold professional indemnity insurance, an enhanced DBS certificate and am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
